This injection mold making project is an Forklift plastic holder, the thermoforming material is ABS.

Considering the size and appearance structure of the molded product,Bemould used point gate design at the plastic part surface position, point gate have minimum gate mark left over and easy to break off during mass production, mold can be run automatically.

Before making the injection mold, Bemould did DFM and product analysis, verified some important information with customer, i.e. parting line, gate position, ejection pin location, etc.



After DFM process, Bemould start mold design.
