Signification experiences sharing of the PC Injection Molding Process ,
  1. Plastic injection molding pressure ,keep the pressure as high as possible ,to enable fast molding .
  2. Plastic injection molding speed , it’s recommend slow plastic injection molding speeds when small-sized or edge gate is used; adopt higher speeds for the rest gate types.
  3. Gate location and type design , material flows through the gate and is directly sprayed onto the product surface, there will be air mark defects , change the gate location as shown in the following example , it will be helpful to improve this defect .
