PC transparent products - success case sharing

The material of the product is PC makrolon2858, three-point hot runner side gates. There are obvious molding defects and cold material marks near the gate of the product surface in the first mold test. See the arrow for details .

Optimization scheme 1: molding process adjustment, multi-stage injection, according to the first stage slow, the second stage fast, the third stage slow, repeated adjustment has no obvious effect.

In optimization scheme 2, the gate size was increased, and the side gate was changed into sub- gate ，According to the same injection process, the effect is obviously optimized.
